I love playing NBA 2k12 also the latest NBA 2k13. I just only want to share this information because I install the NBA 2k13 and after installing it, I'm so really excited to play that time but there was an error appear and it was called a "XINPUT1_3.dll Error". First I thought that it was only on my computer and I think it cannot support that game because that game needs a better processor, ram and video card. After that I just only search on the net how to fix it and thanks so much I found the solutions, see below:
1st:
Download the latest DirectX End-User Runtime from Microsoft's website.

2nd:
Run "dxwebsetup.exe"
3rd:
To make it sure just restart your computer after the set up of "dxwebsetup.exe".
